This policy is an industry standard for digital software products, which are inherently non-returnable. We stand by the integrity and performance of our bullion apps and provide extensive product descriptions to assist our customers in making a well-informed decision. Once a sale is made, we cannot offer refunds due to the immediate delivery and activation of the product license. However, we prioritize customer service and should any issue arise with the functionality of our software that is directly attributable to CHIRAYU SOFTWARE, we are dedicated to providing prompt and effective support to address and rectify the concern.
